About me
I have been a school counselor for over 20 years, working at both the elementary and middle school levels. In my time at McPherson Middle School, our team developed a comprehensive school counseling program that addresses all three tiers of support. Additionally, I am a Restorative Practices consultant and trainer with the Restorative Schools Initiative, dedicated to fostering positive school climates and strengthening relationships within educational communities. Outside of education, I am a small business owner in Lindsborg, Kansas
