This is my 15th year as a school counselor/social worker. I’ve had the opportunity to work in both small and large districts, gaining diverse experience along the way. At McPherson Middle School, we’ve developed a comprehensive counseling program that effectively addresses all three tiers of support, ensuring students receive the care and guidance they need at every level.
